Terms of Use

Last updated October 26, 2026

These terms describe use of the NestForge website and desktop planning application. Questions can be sent to nestforgesupport@gmail.com.

Planning and operator responsibility

NestForge supports structural steel planning, stock records, cut tracking, and reporting. Verify imported quantities, lengths, grades, geometry, allowances, and physical stock before relying on a plan. The operator remains responsible for machine setup, safe operation, and confirming that a recorded cut actually occurred.

NestForge does not control cutting equipment. Website diagrams are illustrations, not executable or dimensionally verified cutting plans.

Your files and records

You retain your rights to your job files and records. Use only information you are permitted to process and share. The built-in NC1 editor can modify original files; review changes before saving and before using them in production. Maintain independent backups of important records.

Optional services

Gmail features require your authorization and depend on Google’s services, availability, and applicable terms. Review recipients and attachments before sending. NestForge is independently developed and is not endorsed by Google, AISC, or equipment manufacturers.

Availability and limitations

The application and website are provided as available, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or error-free results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, they are provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Privacy and updates

The Privacy Policy explains information handling. Features and these terms may change; revised terms will carry an updated date. This website does not itself grant a software distribution license.
